TNA GENESIS November 19, 2006 Orlando, Florida iMPACT Zone @ Universal Studios' SoundStage 21 • Voodoo Kin Mafia (BG James & Kip James) defeated Kazarian, Maverick Matt, & Johnny Devine in a Handicap Match. • The Naturals (Chase Stevens & Andy Douglas) defeated Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt. • TNA X Division Champion, Christopher Daniels pinned Chris Sabin to retain the championship. • Ron Killings & Lance Hoyt defeated Alex Shelley & Austin Starr. • Christian Cage pinned AJ Styles. • NWA Tag Team Champions, "LAX" Latin American Xchange defeated "AMW" America's Most Wanted to retain the championship. • The referee ended the match and awarded the victory to Abyss via disqualification when Sting refused to get the action back into the ring and shoved the referee down three consecutive times. TNA has the rule that you can lose a championship via disqualification. Therefore, Abyss is the NEW NWA World Heavyweight Champion! • Kurt Angle defeated Samoa Joe via submission! |
