THE SIMPSONS SEASON 10 DVD |
mini-episodes. For this season, the episode (Simpsons Bible Stories) deals with Homer & Marge as Adam & Eve, Milhouse is Moses and Bart & Nelson as
David & Goliath. The Halloween episode (Treehouse of Horror IX) breaks new ground as well. In one of the tales (The Terror of Tiny Toon), Bart and Lisa are sucked into the television set. As they're being chased by Itchy & Scratchy, Homer changes the channel and turns the TV to Live with Regis & Kathie Lee and you actually see the animated characters of Bart and Lisa falling into the scene of real-life humans of Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford. This season is a very big season for the whole Simpsons family as it was during Season 10 that Time Magazine named The Simpsons the 20th Century's best television series in its December 31, 1999 issue. It was also during this tenth season that The Simpsons received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. One of the long-running gags on The Simpsons are the different sayings that Bart writes on the chalkboard. Here are the sayings for Season 10: I will not file frivolous lawsuits...The Simpsons Halloween Special IX..."butt.com" is not my E-mail address...No one cares what my definition of "is" is...I will not scream for ice cream...I am not a licensed hairstylist..."The President did it" is not an excuse...My mom is not dating Jerry Seinfeld...Sherri does not "got back"...I will not do "the dirty bird"...No one cares about my sciatica...Hillbillies are people too | Grammar is not a time of waste...I do not have diplomatic immunity...It does not suck to be you...I cannot absolve sins...A trained ape could not teach gym...Loose teeth don't need my help...I have neither been there nor done that...No one wants to hear from my armpits...I am so very tired The Simpsons Season 10 is definitely worth the price. It is a continuation of a pure form of entertainment. Once again, Matt Groening has hit the nail on its head with twenty-three great episodes that will surely have you laughing out loud and on the edge of your seat. So sit back and enjoy The Simpsons Season 10, which is available now everywhere DVDs are sold! There you have my thoughts and opinions of The Simpsons Season 10 DVD.
